Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
Did back and tri's yesterday. Feels good man. I looked in the mirror at the gym right after my workout, and I was all puffed up and beastly. Then I drove home and took a shower like an hour later and I looked like a wuss again. Weird.
I need to get back in to this as well. I am having a hard time figuring out the best way as I tend to get hurt pretty quickly and quit

Whenever I have some sort of injury, I just keep on lifting or running and it goes away 
I know it's not recommended, but it always seems to work. Also, if I feel like I'm coming down with a cold or something, I'll go for a 4 mile run in 40* weather and feel like a million bucks the next day

been hitting it hard, want to say im down 15lbs and built maybe 6 in muscle. hired a trainer that's been kicking my ass, but i just got back from a 2 week vacation in spain. i took this while i was out there, ill post phat style nudes by the end of summer.
