bench / chest flies, barbell rows / face pulls, shoulder press / lateral raises, weighted pull-ups / straight bar curls, close grip bench / tricep pull-downs feeling pretty good about now

back and abs yesterday. Weighted 161.5 at the gym... something is wrong with me :eh: I'm about ten pound lighter than usual and I keep losing weight. Maybe I have a stomach worm :thinking:

Started changing up my routine thanks to my slight tendonitis in both elbows. Doc said it was from lifting too heavy, too fast since it came on upbruptly. Its all good. I just have to watch the "pull" exercises vs. "push." Officially started my diet so things should be looking good very soon. In fact, Im sitting here snacking on sliced red/orange/yellow peppers and humus vs what I used to pig on....cookies. Haha. Sooooo good.

didn't workout yesterday at the suggestion of my wife. Had a hematoma in my mouth yesterday that hurt like a bitch. She told me if I worked out all the pressure is going to build in there and it was going to get bigger. Well it busted right before I went to sleep, wasn't pretty. But I will do abs and cardio tonight for sure.

gross. Just got back from booby day, but I'll probably go back to the gym when Brandy gets home. I'm gonna start drinking protein after every workout, no exceptions. I have no clue why I'm losing weight, but I gotta try to counteract it somehow. Did 75lbs dumbell chest press, which is less than I used to do in my batman days, but more than I've been doing lately.

i stopped lifting and started rock climbing

best fucking move EVER. on days that i don't climb i'm either mountain biking, playing wii fit, or skating. fuck it, never lifting weights again.
