Started changing up my routine thanks to my slight tendonitis in both elbows. Doc said it was from lifting too heavy, too fast since it came on upbruptly. Its all good. I just have to watch the "pull" exercises vs. "push." Officially started my diet so things should be looking good very soon. In fact, Im sitting here snacking on sliced red/orange/yellow peppers and humus vs what I used to pig on....cookies. Haha. Sooooo good.
