Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
I started working out again... when I posted this it was getting close to the Holidays and I lost it with all the eating and just never got back on it and started gaining the weight back. I felt terrible... I went back up to 250lbs. 2013 Holiday season I told myself no more, started back up again, down 20lbs, currently weigh 230lbs, cut my calorie intake and have really been watching what I eat. I had to adjust doing Insanity though because of my work schedule but I do work out 5/6 days a week now for at least 20-30 minutes using the routines in the DVDs as well as doing some Kettlebell routines.
Just got back from the Bahamas... barely took my shirt off lol. Still doing the same ol' batman workout. Been skipping a little more often because work is crazyness lately. But I should be able to use some of that money for butt implants or something
Pics post surgery?
Was doing well on my bulk until my left wrist acted up on me and then threw out my lower back deadlifting. Haven't lifted weights in four months. Still bulking and doing calistentics though
Damn man, that really sucks. Going to pick it back up any time soon?

Been able to maintain. Still hovering between 215 and 220. Those of you may know that I work 60+ hours a week and two young children eat up any spare time. I havent done anything special but I can still do 20 pull ups and 70 consecutive pushups ( I lost a pool match - 10 pushups per ball left and he won on the break).
Gonna try to up my activity. Maybe bike a little more and definitely work on stretching again.

Great job on the weight loss Spank, you have been an inspiration to my cousin.
He started P90X two years ago, lost about 90lbs, and then went up to Canada on a welding rig for over a year and gained all of it back plus some. I showed him your video (I need to share it on Facebook as well) and it really got him motivated to get back to where he was.
Keep up the good work.
