Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
I've dropped a lot of weight. Wearing 32" pants and Medium shirts. (Was 40" and XXL at my peak).
Started working out pre-wedding and kept it going. Just 5-6 days a week of 20 mins cardio (high intensity, interval) with crunches and push ups.

Last night I weighed in at 195, morning weight is 193...I have finally broken the 200 barrier that has been a pain in the ass to get past.

Good week. I've been trying to change it up a little more since I've been doing pretty much the exact same workout for a couple years now. I think I'm going to try to make my arms bigger, since the wifey seems to get a kick out of it. Did some 100lb skull crushers the other day, that was a hoot.
