I don't typically have a spotter for flat db press, threw up the weight and lost concentration and pounded the bench with my neck. Hurt a bit after that. Went to do incline db press and felt a large zing in my neck

I went do teh bodypod test last night.
201.5 BW
156.9 lb mean mass
44.6 lb fat
so 22.1% BF. Not bad considering I was probably somewhere around 53-56% before.
I'm going to go back in 3 months to re-test so I'm really going to tighten my diet up and start working out a bit more (biking and running again in addition to crossfit).

Worked a full day then decided to catch a ride before the sun went down, ended up getting a new 10 mile record of 29:32.

Still keeping up with my schedule of 20 minutes of cardio, 5-6 days a week. I am down to about 175 lbs now. Probably the lightest I have been since middle school. My wife is dragging me to her pilates class today -- not sure how I feel about it.
