Haven't posted in a while. Highlights for the past week
-Team placed 4th in our mixed category at the Camp Pendleton 10k Mud Run. My time placed me in the top 30 in my age bracket.
-245lb on the front squat

All good bro, I'm doing fairly well all things considered.
I hit the "bonk" today and I gotta be honest it scared me a little. Wasn't real extreme but when I finally stopped I had to hold onto my bike for support for a minute and that's not good.
After thinking about why this happened it suddenly struck me that I hadn't eaten anything but a light breakfast, then went to work for 5 hours and immediatley after started my ride. :doh:
Lesson learned.
