about to go pick up some dumbells from dicks tomorrow. moved the elliptical upstairs, going to try to hop on it.

gotta lose my titties and gut before my spring buffalo to florida to arizona to buffalo trip.

Anybody know what happens to excess glutamine intake? Or can the body absorb all you put into it?

You pee it out, much like excess protein, or any other macromolecule or AA complex for that matter. Wasted.

Doing this extensively can cause kidney stones over time.

Bodybuilders should take 10 to 15 grams of L-Glutamine a day - supplementing it 2 to 3 times daily, with each serving at around 5 grams. You should also know that you may already be getting some L-Glutamine in your diet from other supplements you're taking. Many protein supplements already have some L-Glutamine mixed into it, so read the labels to know for sure. Best times to take L-Glutamine powder is in the morning, after a workout, and at night before bed time

Sweet, I'm about right. My protein has about 5-6g and I supplement 5-8g as well.

Picked up a pair of Nike Romaleos 2 this week. Used them twice so far and I love them. MUCH more stable when I work on my Oly-lifting.
