i cant walk up/down stairs normally thanks to squats and woodchoppers on a cable machine, the latter which ive never done before. i love it

Skipped friday, worked out shoulders and abs Saturday, played 3 hours of bball yesterday. Feels like my body is about to fall apart

Daily Vitamin (GNC Mega Men Sport)
Protein Shakes (Monster Milk and Muscle Milk)
Protein Bars (Greens+ Peanut Butter Protein Bar)
Greens+ (For some extra macro nutrients and to help balance my bodies pH)
Creatine (Perfect Creatine Monohydrate)
Glucosamine & Chondroitin With Msm (Vitamin Shoppe Triple Strength)

It is cheap and gives me the proper things I want in a post-workout, midday meal shake. not unreal amounts of protein, but it works great for me. Use ABB Steel Bars for the other meal, and it is awesome. Out of those right now, need to order some more.
