Posting from the computer lab at the gym...god this place is baller like whoa

Anyway, didn't end up doing core. I realized it had been longer since I hit chest and triceps so I did that. My arms and chest are tired as fuck. Then I did 45 minutes of cardio (not including the fact that I jogged the 1.5miles to the gym). Now I am going to go grab some food and see a movie.
