Got back in the gym today for a light workout post-thumb injury. It felt ok...we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Been taking it pretty easy this week. Shoulder is pissed off from something I did this weekend, not sure what.

started tracking my calorie intake again this week ... i used to do it a long time ago back in high school ... i hate the first week or two trying to get my body back into the mode of what it needs not what it wants

also biking 10-20 miles a day for now ...

keeping my daily intake under 1400 calories. and once i feel comfortable again at a set level i'll start working on dropping the intake level a little more on non-exercise days

good work Wizard. I did some leg/ass/back yesterday, feels good. Just need to watch what I eat. Been pigging out bad.

status update - with the new cloths the gf got me im rocking 34's with no problem, and im still loosing weight looking to be in 32's by the end of the next month. then its muscle building time!

im close to 160 right now and thx to a healthy diet of beer its settling in the tummy

its time to buckle down. back in HS i kept myself at 1200 calories or less a day for 3 years with very little overage.

i need to get rid of what beer belly is growing before it gets to a point i regret, hopefully drop down to 140-145 and then start light weights like a fucker just to tone and pick that 15-20 pounds back up again in something other than beer gut h:

if you ever saw my dad or uncle you'd understand why even this lil amount is got me worried and starting back on track again
