started tracking my calorie intake again this week ... i used to do it a long time ago back in high school ... i hate the first week or two trying to get my body back into the mode of what it needs not what it wants

also biking 10-20 miles a day for now ...

keeping my daily intake under 1400 calories. and once i feel comfortable again at a set level i'll start working on dropping the intake level a little more on non-exercise days
