im close to 160 right now and thx to a healthy diet of beer its settling in the tummy
its time to buckle down. back in HS i kept myself at 1200 calories or less a day for 3 years with very little overage.
i need to get rid of what beer belly is growing before it gets to a point i regret, hopefully drop down to 140-145 and then start light weights like a fucker just to tone and pick that 15-20 pounds back up again in something other than beer gut
