did some nice shoulder workout yesterday. I might rest tonight if I have somewhere to go, but if I'm staying home, I'm doing Back.

Need some ideas that will:

tone/slim legs but not build muscle.

I already have alot of muscle in my legs..and if I work them too much they get bigger, hence completely going against what Im trying to accomplish.

Ultimately it is that muscle that will help you burn fat. I think that ladies with muscular legs are rather attractive :dunno:.

I'm somewhat clueless as to what would work best for you. I'll do a bit of research . I need to find a good ratio of lifting/cardio. But, ultimately what will help you the most is changing up your diet substantially.

I checked it out a little.

I saw some things about jump roping helping with that. And swimming

Do you have a gym membership or are you doing this at home?

No gym membership.

If I do want to go I use my moms card. She knows the owner/manager of the local Gold's branch so they never give me shit about it.

I dont really like going to the gym. I go there to box and thats about it.
