I'm somewhat clueless as to what would work best for you. I'll do a bit of research

. I need to find a good ratio of lifting/cardio. But, ultimately what will help you the most is changing up your diet substantially.
I checked it out a little.
I saw some things about jump roping helping with that. And swimming
And these odd exercises with lifting a chair????
