I already have alot of muscle in my legs..and if I work them too much they get bigger, hence completely going against what Im trying to accomplish.
Ultimately it is that muscle that will help you burn fat. I think that ladies with muscular legs are rather attractive :dunno:.
I'm somewhat clueless as to what would work best for you. I'll do a bit of research

. I need to find a good ratio of lifting/cardio. But, ultimately what will help you the most is changing up your diet substantially.
