no..I diet on accident I think lol..In the Military its hard to make it to breakfast lunch and dinner..I eat everything I want but my routine seems to shed anything that is short of muscle..Ive also been fighting since the age 8 so my core conditioning has stuck with me threw the times..I plan on packing 20-25 lbs to my frame.
Been doing some HIIT and MaxOT style workouts. I think it's working cause I'm constantly sore, but feeling loads stronger. I hurt my wrist a little while ago while benching heavy and it's still bothering me, but I man up.
Monday was chest and was repped 345 8 times
Tuesday was back and did bent over barbell rows with 245 on the bar 4 sets of 8
Today is cardio and abs.

I'd be psyched with 10%, but even if I make it, no way I could maintain it. I like beer and food too much.
I could show you a nice core and cardio routine that could get you there.:yay:
