do you diet? I'll just be happy to get my body fat to 10% but I be eating too good

no..I diet on accident I think lol..In the Military its hard to make it to breakfast lunch and dinner..I eat everything I want but my routine seems to shed anything that is short of muscle..Ive also been fighting since the age 8 so my core conditioning has stuck with me threw the times..I plan on packing 20-25 lbs to my frame.

I just need a little cardio and a decent diet and I think I can hit the 10% bodyfat mark.

Been doing some HIIT and MaxOT style workouts. I think it's working cause I'm constantly sore, but feeling loads stronger. I hurt my wrist a little while ago while benching heavy and it's still bothering me, but I man up.

Monday was chest and was repped 345 8 times

Tuesday was back and did bent over barbell rows with 245 on the bar 4 sets of 8

Today is cardio and abs.

lol, I've been running 8-12 miles a week (most of the time) for like a year and a half and I can't even make 14% I'd be psyched with 10%, but even if I make it, no way I could maintain it. I like beer and food too much.
