What do you guys eat for breakfast. I'm currently eating pop-tarts but once i'm finished with the ones I have I want to stop eating them. I'm thinking 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs.

I can't think of much worse to be having for breakfast, have you checked the nutrition facts on those?

If you're going to buy a Designer Whey, only use it for a post workout shake. I recommend AST VP2.
For the rest of the day, I recommend Optimum Nutrition (ON) or All The Whey (ATW).
