Alright guys. Bad economy FTW. 24 Hour Fitness (my old gym) has lowered their dues from $36/m to $24/m, so I'm back on board, dispite the not-so-convenient location. I get a free eval, so I'll check in next week with body fat, weight, measurements, etc. I've been working out at my mom's house, and doing pretty decent. My goal is to get back to batman status (165lbs and about 12% body fat) within a couple months.
