hit up the legs and lowerback yest, feels damn good. will probably hit up some biceps later. trying to hit it hardcore and get a defined six pack at the end of the summer. no true dieting though

Don't ask me how, but working out 2-3 times a week while eating 1 fast food meal a day, most days, I'm still getting stronger and losing fat (although weight stays the same)... drinking a lot of skim milk as always :shrug:

yeah, its got protein. but also crap loads of sodium, fat, sugar (for sodas and such) and tons of other unnecessary stuff that'll do you more harm than good. get off that mess :hs:
