wasnt sucking in/flexing in that recent pic. plus lighting was bad 
but yeah, its crazy tough trying to get any more cut than where im at these days. i dont have unlimited money to buy top-notch food. my lower body and core strength has improved a lot, though. im just thankful im healthy and fit

Been lifting toilets, tile, mortar, cement board, lumber etc. all week. Got into the gym today at lunch in street clothes cause I forgot my workout gear. Worked shoulders today.
Did some weighted shadow boxing and now I'm a sweaty mess. carne asada and pollo asada on salad for lunch.

I'm having Lay's Stax right now, sour cream & onion. It's only 60 grams of fat for the whole tube :hsugh: and yes I'm gonna eat the whole tube.
I've been eating out (mostly McD's and TacoBell) most days of the week lately. Not the best but I'm not as po' as I used to be and as long as I keep my workouts up I figure I'll keep building muscle, and can focus more on slimming down later :shrug:
