my parents got an elliptical through their credit card points. they don't use it at all. i use it pretty regularly, i'm gonna try to get it when i move out.

Just got done doing an hour of running on the treadmill and some ab workouts. I'm a sweaty mess.

Jesus. 2nd time at gym, my bi's are so tight I can't straighten my arms.

I'm lifting at about 60% of the weight I was doing when I quit 18 months ago, lol. Pretty sad really,. but it will come around soon. I just ned to remember not to get hurt.

Hey skellz, if you didn't get surgery on your shoulders, what would have happened? I might get surgery in the future when I have time

did some cardio, lower ab, and back exercise. and then ate some egg rolls cuz i was hungry.

Looks pretty much the same as usual. h: Ab ripper x = a little more definition than before. Haven't worked my arms in weeks, so the biceps have shrunk a little Other than that, the running is going great and I even did some sprints today
