did some quick back workout yesterday and played 2 hours of basketball. somehow my lowerback is tight like a mother. I can barely bend over. :ibgayjokes:

haven't worked out in a few days plus went out with the wife last night for her bday and ate like garbage. my stomach is a bit upset and I feel flabby
