How low do you think you can go before you plateau?

We have the same goal :hi5: I just want to be 175 before my bday. According to Fitday.com
To meet your goal you need to lose about 0.754 lb per week.
So i've been watching what i eat...not necessarily calarie counting but being more cautious of junk food and playing DDR and so far i'm on my way.

I want to be 215 solid.

Over that I look too big... and its a reasonable goal. Add appox 15lbs of muscle and lose appx 5lbs of pure body fat.

I went on a tuna diet for 5 days before I left for my trip, and it helped me get the last 5-6lbs that were hanging on since i lost 15 easy. Breafast protein smootie with fruit and fat free yogurt. Lunch and dinner... tuna. Either canned or fresh raw to mix it up sometimes. No rice!

Damn you have heart. The one reason weight loss diets dont work for me is because I get sick of eating the same foods (like tuna).

I'll tackle that when I get there. I've been changing up my exercise routine pretty frequently so I am hopefully circumventing any plateaus.

That's why there's so much variety in my lean meats selection.
