:hi5: My initial goal was 200 by June 16, 08 but since things are going so well I've changed it to 175. My initial goal is still 200, I just don't have a date set for it.

You can count calories here: www.fitday.com

Figure out your maintenance calories: http://www.calorieking.com/tools/weight_maintenance.php

I'd start drinking protein and meal replacements now, the more muscle you have, the more fat you're able to burn.

If you're wanting to lose weight, eat 200-500 calories below your maintenance calories, you don't want to shock your body by totally depriving it, it actually makes it harder to lose weight!

What routines are you going to do and what is your cardio routine?

Im surfing the net for a good split routine (haven't found one I like). I will spend at most 1.5 hours in the late afternoon working out.

And cardio will be what I used to do. 1.5-2 miles everday in the AM

P.S. Thanks for the links.

Actually, I eat about 2000 maybe a little more so the diet I posted falls within that range . The only difference is that its 5 meals structured as opposed to 2 large meals at random times.

You should always follow the 6 small meals a day approach.

Actually, you'll find that to not be true. I eat 5 small "meals" per day, really 3 snacks and 2 meals but anyway... I'm hardly ever hungry unless i miss a food session. Sometimes I'll find myself eating, not because i'm hungry, but because it's time to eat.
