And cardio will be what I used to do. 1.5-2 miles everday in the AM
P.S. Thanks for the links.
. The only difference is that its 5 meals structured as opposed to 2 large meals at random times.
You should always follow the 6 small meals a day approach.

Actually, you'll find that to not be true. I eat 5 small "meals" per day, really 3 snacks and 2 meals but anyway... I'm hardly ever hungry unless i miss a food session. Sometimes I'll find myself eating, not because i'm hungry, but because it's time to eat.
