Application to join workout crew
So now that summer is here and I've just come into some windfall free-time, I think I'm going to get back on track with the gym. My goal in the next three weeks is to lose 5 lbs. I plan on cutting my calories and doing some morning cardio every day. My routine will be:
Run in the AM right after waking up, every day.
Eat a simple breakfast (200-300 calories), make a 400 calorie lunch.
Eat 200 calorie snack.
Eat 400 calorie lunch.
Eat 200 calorie snack.
Do light workout at the gym.
Eat 400-500 calorie dinner
Sleeeeeeeeep
(Repeat).
The meals are spaced:
breakfast 11 am
snack 2pm
lunch 4 pm
snack 6 pm
dinner 11 pm
Once I lose the 5 lbs I'm going to update my diet to include massive protein boosts, like shakes, and increase my workout intensity.
The hardest part is coming up with quick and easy recipes, so please post what you've done and how it turned out. Give me some ideas!

What time do you wake up & go to sleep? 11 sounds a little too late for breakfast & lunch unless you're going to bed at like 2am. You aren't supposed to eat later than 3 hours before bed time.
