If you want to help lose weight, get something into your system as soon as you wake up. I take a double protein shake as soon as I pop out of bed to get my metabolism going.
What time do you wake up & go to sleep? 11 sounds a little too late for breakfast & lunch unless you're going to bed at like 2am. You aren't supposed to eat later than 3 hours before bed time.
I work full time and I'm taking full time grad courses. So I usually go to bed around 2-3 am and get up around 10 am.
I read somewhere that its best to do cardio as soon as you wake up and then eat.
You still want something in you as soon as you wake up to kick start your metabolism.
I'll have to try really hard. Running and eating gives me cramps, and i'm normally not hungry in the mornings. And I'm trying to stay away from building lean muscle until I've cut the weight (this is in regard to the protein shakes).

What meals do you make in the evening?
My lunch & dinner meal is usually some sort of lean meat & some fruits or veggies.
Salmon, Tilapia, Tuna, Pork, Steak, Turkey, Chicken, etc.
