Try bulking maybe? Or are you trying to get cut?

I cant imagine you fat no matter how hard I try. Although your dad is a big boi... but I dont think you got that side of the gene pool.

Depends on what I'm making. 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

Usually I cook a shit load of food to eat during the week since that makes it alot easier to plan meals and make sure I don't have to go out to get something.

Im trying to cut before I bulk. Sitting around all day gained me about 8 lbs. I needed about 3 of those to look healthy.

My dad was 155 at age 22 and 6'. Only time will tel l

Play DDR for 1 hour a day 6 days a week. I've lost 10lbs and my girl says she can see inches coming off the belly :bigok:

If this wasn't a public forum I'd tell you that I own DDR and that I played workout mode every day for 2 months and lost a few lbs. Oops.



Anyway, DDR is great but then it got too easy and I wasnt moving around as much - and jogging is good for improving myself because I have to FORCE myself to do it. I actually enjoyed DDR..... alot.h:
