Usually I cook a shit load of food to eat during the week since that makes it alot easier to plan meals and make sure I don't have to go out to get something.
Play DDR for 1 hour a day 6 days a week. I've lost 10lbs and my girl says she can see inches coming off the belly :bigok:
If this wasn't a public forum I'd tell you that I own DDR and that I played workout mode every day for 2 months and lost a few lbs. Oops.
Anyway, DDR is great but then it got too easy and I wasnt moving around as much - and jogging is good for improving myself because I have to FORCE myself to do it. I actually enjoyed DDR..... alot.h:
