Most of the weight I had gained I again lost, most likely due in part to stress/anxiousness. I've continued dropping the fat and gaining more muscle however, so not all is lost.
Maintaining the diet and exercising isn't hard for me; I work hard enough for that; its the fact that I'm probably not eating as much and the stress that is canceling it out.
On a side note, I think I may be a bit underweight; I stepped onto the scale the other day and went
at the shock of how much I'd lost over just a couple weeks.

as for the ladies comment, we'll see this summer. In July, it'll have been 4.5yrs since I've been as trimmed down as I plan to by then.

h:As much as I would like to say that it has helped me, I cant. When I was heavier, I never went more than a week without a girl.
It has been almost 4 years since I started lifiting, and coincidently, it has been over 4 years since I have had a serious girlfriend.... I am not saying that this is the same for every situation, but it has been the case with me.
So now I am going to gain some weight back. Most will be in muscle, but some fat also, most people say I look better with my face filled out a little more, but not any more than 15% body fat, I will not allow that.

h: ) Although, when I was in high school and the year after, I got hit on a decent amount each week :reechy:I just think me feeling more comfortable and better about myself will let my personality shine more, instead of being the usual reserved person.
h:even now, I notice more attention from girls when I make an effort to smile more

Even at the end of summer, I won't be "skinny", just not my body style. I'll be stocky, but not look like I need to lose a ton of weight.

yeah, see now I am in proportion I think, but with a 30" waist, 41" chest, and 15 1/4" biceps, most people think that I am small....
By the end of the year I would like to have my coveted 17" biceps, maybe around a 32" waist, and a 44" chest.
I think it is doable, just have a lot of hard work in front of me... I just hate losing all the definition I have worked so hard to get...
