Default Workout Squad: New Developments?

Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing?

I have abandoned my cutting diet for a few reasons, one being my sister-in-law saying that I looked "small" And there is another undisclosed reason, but that one I will keep to myself....

So now my new goal is to get to 165 by the end of August, and then 180 by december, hopefully at a mix of 80% muscle mass, 20% fat.

I am sick today and probably will be for a couple days because of the calorie influx, but I will make it through.

So what is up with you guys?

gained an inch on my biceps (measure 3weeks ago)
chesticles are bigger (not man teets, they're shrinking )
with the weight loss, my body actually is showing that I have muscle

still motivated and lift every other day, eat well, and still getting a little bit of cardio.

yea, the biggest difference is my mentality. I used to dread lifting weights and thought it was a pain in the arse to try to eat healthy. I lifted for 5yrs, but stayed motivated because I wrestled, then after HS thought about getting into freestyle. Last few years, I didn't have that motivation. Now, I don't mind either, just need to work in more cardio.

Gained a total of 23lbs before I peaked off so I've been off the weight gainer for about 5 days and have lost about 2lbs. I plan on weighting another week then getting back on to see if I can put on more weight. Trying out a new creatine powder to see how that works.
