Yeah, I have a very small build.... I dont think I could carry any more than 180 on my frame and look even normal. I know at 165 I looked big (muscle wise), but I want to see what another 12 or so pounds of muscle look above that.

I dont want to be fat again, but I dont want to have single digit body fat either I dont think, it is just to much work....

yea, every person is different. I think it's funny how those old school medical charts say I'm supposed to be 170, ahahahah :lmfao:

My body won't weigh under 200lbs. 215lbs ideal for me.

Yeah, see they say that 145 is perfect for my height, but I am about 150 ish right now, and I dont think any smaller would even be healthy.

So I am going to try the other end of the spectrum h:

Damn BMI has ruined everything.... You cannot have men and women in the same chart, it just won't work

I lost a few pounds due to severe stress over the past couple of weeks. Trying to fight it as much as possible.

I just got back from vacation so I am starting my routine up again today. I was at Disney World so I didn't have too many healthy food choices although with all the walking I did i still managed to loose 3 pounds while I was away and that is with eating really bad. That pumped me up to know that if I can loose weight under those circumstances, I can loose weight with discipline.

Chris I am still waiting for that advice :happysad:
