Most of the weight I had gained I again lost, most likely due in part to stress/anxiousness. I've continued dropping the fat and gaining more muscle however, so not all is lost.

Maintaining the diet and exercising isn't hard for me; I work hard enough for that; its the fact that I'm probably not eating as much and the stress that is canceling it out.

On a side note, I think I may be a bit underweight; I stepped onto the scale the other day and went at the shock of how much I'd lost over just a couple weeks.
