Well, I made a few changes in my diet from feb-april, lost 7lbs. Then I got hardcore about it and made drastic changes and lost most of the weight in may. The weight loss slowed a bit since I'm starting to bulk up some, but should resume since I'm starting to do more cardio.
as for the ladies comment, we'll see this summer. In July, it'll have been 4.5yrs since I've been as trimmed down as I plan to by then.
