As much as I would like to say that it has helped me, I cant. When I was heavier, I never went more than a week without a girl.
It has been almost 4 years since I started lifiting, and coincidently, it has been over 4 years since I have had a serious girlfriend.... I am not saying that this is the same for every situation, but it has been the case with me.
So now I am going to gain some weight back. Most will be in muscle, but some fat also, most people say I look better with my face filled out a little more, but not any more than 15% body fat, I will not allow that.
