you already answered your own question....

your eating habits are crap... that is your problem.

bad diet = bad results

good diet = good results

food and nutrition along with rest is 90% of your workout.... and you should NOT be working out for more than an hour a day. Anything more than that and you are going to burn muscle and kill you fibrous muscle growth....

it depends on what you are trying to do... are you trying to put on muscle and not really care about how much fat you put on, or are you trying to put on muscle with as lean of a diet as possible??

ok then you need to EAT!!!

I would suggest at least 3500 lean calories a day... You will get sick of food after about a month, but I promise it will be worth it.

You need to eat lean cuts of chicken, tuna, turkey, any fish, some beef (I dont know if you are restricted becuase of being Indian)

Also you need to get carbs, but not a whole lot.

Fruit and vegetables are a must, along with a good multi-vitamin.

And get your rest.

When I am in my bulking phase I eat 4 pb sammiches a day....

Please dont ever utter mcd's in front of me....

No, it needs to be clean meat, like on a grill or in a skillet with some olive oil. I have been eating like this for so long I can cook up about anything healthy...

Hey what are you doing this weekend foo?
