Workout foos!
I was at about 170-172 over xmas break (not in shape) and when i got home from school i was about 155. I dont know how i lost weight, i hadnt been lifting really, so it was weird. Now that im home though im either lifting or running pretty much everyday and working too. Ive gained 2-3 lbs in about 2 weeks so im pretty happy about that, gettin a lil bit more muscular as time goes by, nothing noticable yet though. Hopefully i can keep this up all summer, my goal (inevitably, not by the end of summer) is to be about 200 lbs. Oh and im 6'1"

Finally gained back all the weight I lost from the flu, and added 2 lbs.
174 now.
Started working out my forearms too, which I haven't done in like... a year. Basically I want them to pop when I flex:eek3:

I am about that same height and weight 148 (but in single digits for body fat), and I am no slouch on the muscular side....
I think the biggest i have ever been in my bulking stage is 176, and I had a lot of fat... I just cant imagine being lean and weighing 205, I dont think that it would look good at all on my frame....
By the end of this next winter I hope to be up to about 185, and cut down to about 170.
