I don't mind having a little softness, just don't want to always be the token fat guy anymore

Great job Derek. I have been doing well with my workout routine. I have notice some amazing changes in my body. I will miss a week of lifting on my vacation but will have tons of cardio/walking the entire trip so that should be good.

Then last September, I just started eating better, and instead of forcing myself to work out everyday, I'd go every other day. I was more in the mood to work out then, even on my off days. I lost 35lbs in less than 2 months that way. But I haven't really been "in shape" since I was 13.

I've been lazy these past couple of weeks and gained almost 10lbs back, though.

h:as long as I keep sticking with my workouts, I'll get back to where I was by end of summer (which means regaining my muscle mass and trimming down a lot)

I used to weigh about 225lbs and most people would guess that I weighed 180lbs since I was built like a football player.
