I was at about 170-172 over xmas break (not in shape) and when i got home from school i was about 155. I dont know how i lost weight, i hadnt been lifting really, so it was weird. Now that im home though im either lifting or running pretty much everyday and working too. Ive gained 2-3 lbs in about 2 weeks so im pretty happy about that, gettin a lil bit more muscular as time goes by, nothing noticable yet though. Hopefully i can keep this up all summer, my goal (inevitably, not by the end of summer) is to be about 200 lbs. Oh and im 6'1"
