I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I still can't believe that I've gone from a 40 waist to a 36, and even those are starting to get loose on me.

the weather is so horrible up north that my pool won't open till mid June, and I won't be able to swim in it till July. Whats even worse is that we'll close it back up in September, or October. 3 months of use yeah!

I think the biggest i have ever been in my bulking stage is 176, and I had a lot of fat... I just cant imagine being lean and weighing 205, I dont think that it would look good at all on my frame....

By the end of this next winter I hope to be up to about 185, and cut down to about 170.
I have a little fat i could lose but not much.... I naturally have a big build

i take protein before i leave in the morning for work and i take protein when i come back from the gym. i can honestly say, it did alot for my body, though it might not be much. but, weight has always been an issue for me. i need more weight, and everyone has been telling me about getting creatin crap. i dont know, i knw my eating habits are shit, but do you think i would see results quickly by having banana and almonds?
