your eating habits are crap... that is your problem.
bad diet = bad results
good diet = good results
food and nutrition along with rest is 90% of your workout.... and you should be working out for more than an hour a day. Anything more than that and you are going to burn muscle and kill you fibrous muscle growth....
what kind of food is good though for like, say lunch?
