But in a straight line;
stock for stock: GS-T
Equal amounts of money into each: GS-T

Handling: I've never owned an Integra so I can't say for sure. I did own two CRX HFs with B16 swaps while I was in college. Those cars with springs/shocks stut bars and 215/40/16 tires didn't handle as good as my spyder did stock with a good tire(G-Force on stock 16 wheels), granted the spyder GS-T does have a stiffer sub-frame than the hard top GS-T. I can't honestly compair the integra as far as handling though.

I think the initial question was which would win in a straight line and the GS-T would dominate.

As for the "Damn i have to tune again" sub topic. That comment comes from the Apexi SAFC users only(which are most DSMers). Maf-Translator (me), VPC, DSMLink, AEM, and other standalone users don't have this problem unless they make large changes like turbo swaps.
I don't feel like explaining the reasons but if any one here knows the reasons behind the Kv style MAS + SAFC tps/rpm point tuning method needing adjustment with different temperature(density hint hint) air, feel free to school some people and squash some reliability myths.
Thank you for taking the time to make an intelligent post and not flame like the other guy. I've driven a few GS-T's and I didn't think they handled as well as my integra, but it was faster...but I only have an LS. GST and GSR are very close to each other in stock form. I agree with the use of an AFC to tune larger injectors, it's just not a solid means of doing it...standalone is the way to go if you want to make power and have your motor last.

I've driven a few GS-Rs and I'm not saying they're work trucks or anything, but I wasn't overly impressed. I've never owned one so I don't realy think I can pass judgment on them though.
I haven't had the pleasure to drive a Type R, which I hear is leaps and bounds above the GS-R as far as handling. I do have a local here who has about 3000 bones into his Type R and is not even breaking 200whp after being dyno tuned by a local shop. It's not getto rigged and has a good list of top of the line parts. $3000 into a GSX will put you into the low 13s, high 12s . <-- not flaming, so please take no offence. I just don't think Honda's and DSMs are in the same straight line class.

If he spent that 3k wisely, he could be in the 12's too. Most people however are stuck on being "JDM" and buying big name parts that don't always make power, and staying naturally aspirated. I wouldn't hesitate to boost it or put it on the bottle. Shit, even buying the right parts for an NA build that actually work would put him over 200 whp.

I wish I had the funds to boost my car, high 300's whp on stock internals sounds nice

The last time I drove a DSM, I distinctly remember the way it drove felt like a chop-roof minivan with a turbo. This was a '97 TSi AWD.

$3k into an ITR with "top of the line" brands and not breaking 200whp means he's getting parts for the sake of name-bragging. ie: a $1000 titanium superlight weight race magnesium color changing jdm jtcc tested exhaust is not going to give him even 30hp...but already ate 30% of the budget.

3K wasn't just the engine mods for the record.
Here's the mod list for engine parts:
AEM cold air intake
Apexi VAFC
DC 4-1 header
Golden Eagle cam seal
Greddy EVOII catback exhaust
Hondata intake manifold gasket
NGK "blue" plug wires
NGK Iridium plugs
OBD2b-OBD2b harness with VAFC harness attached 10
Skunk2 cam gears
Skunk2 Intake manifold
Skunk2 Stage 2 cams
Skunk2 valve springs
Toda timing belt

Edit: some of that crap isn't going to make power i.e. cam seal It's just cut+paste.

cams and adj. gears and int.mani are the only engine mods i would consider as "mods", and vafc with the basic bolt ons..... these are a dime a dozen here.
