not if it's taken throughout the day.

that theory is still unproven though...some say you can take huge doses at one time, others say to stick with smaller, spead out doses.

bah :dunno:

im gonna start taking micronized creatine 1 hour before i work out and some protein right after i work out.

im gonna do a fat measurement test beforehand so ill see if it works

ill keep you guys updated

i would take three protein shakes a day..one in the morning, one right after your workout, and one at night (helps speed up recovery while you sleep). anyway, try to take at least one gram for every pound you weigh.

just a suggestion.

but i workout at like 10:00 at night because there are like 8 billion people there hogging up the machines anytime earlier

so

1 wakeup
1 after lunch (2pm)
1 after workout

the nighttime milkshake: should the be like 2 hrs before bed, 1 hr before bed, right before bed, or what? i think i should start doing that.

an hour before bed for me also. no data behind that, im just going on advice from a weightlifter friend.
