what kind/flavor do you use? and how do you do it? i use my roommates because he told me i could. he gets maxpro strawberry and wild berry. i like the strawberry one. and he has these shaker cups, but there's always chunks. what's the best way to do so there aren't chunks anymore?

I use Optimum Nutrition Chocolate (lately mixed with Gatorade powder). It dissolves very easily so no clumps for me. I almost always use a shaker. If a shaker won't work to get rid of the clumps, then I think you'll have to use a blender. :happysad:

:eek3: i wouldn't spend that much money on isopure if youre gonna mix it with milk and choc syrup, but thats just me:eh:

anyways, flipped, if you have chunks, try to pour the water, then slowly pour the mix and beat it with a fork, then shake it.

i used optimum brand whey. and lots of it it didnt taste good, but whey never tastes good, so hey

What I usually do is mix it up before I go to workout. I put it in a bottle and shake the crap out of it. Then I go work out, and come home and shake it up again. By that point, since its been sitting for a while, all the chunks have dissolved, and it tastes really good.

Btw: I usually use Optimum Nutrition or HDT...both chocolate. I make it with milk, so it tastes like chocolate milk.
