I wish I was even close to LIFTING 170lbs, let alone repping it.

Ohwell.

The Police Academy requires a hell of a lot more running than they do lifting, thank god.

Right now my 1.5 mile is down to 11 minutes 14 seconds. Trying to get it to 10 flat.

I can never put on weight.

I was in the gym 3-5x a week for like 2 months straight, eating like a pig, shoveling in protein, drinking lots of water, etc.

I put on maybe.... 10lbs.

damn, how much protein you getting in a day......12 pounds of muscle is great in a month, especially since it seems as though your naturally tall and skinny??

I worked out hard for a year and gained 15 lbs (up to 160 lbs now). I was never able to gain weight before. I took creatine, protein bars between meals, NO2 and 1-1.5 gallons of water a day. Sticking with a routine helps out a lot. Seeing results makes you work harder and harder! I'd like to hit 170 lbs and I'm 5'11".

my workouts are 10x better with a friend. not just the spotting for an extra set, but friendly competitiveness. im not swol man, i just look like a regular guy with clothes on.

quite the opposite...im naturally chubby (i weighed 220lbs 3 years ago). in addition to the shakes, ive been eating high carb/high protein foods during this month, and i've been eating like a fiend. im also taking dymatize creatine. i did gain an inch on my waist, so it's not all muscle. if i dont workout or run, i'll balloon again.

so you lost 70 pounds and starting over basically? way to go on losing that much.....i couldn't imagine dropping that much.....i'd start lifting again too if i had the cheese to pay for the damn protein......shit costs alot, and you really need to change recipes to keep the protein intake bearable
