yo whats the best way to get big and cut.....i'm 6'0 190lbs....i want more definiton on my arms....wuold toning help or what else do i have to do

whoa...i thought u benched more phat. u have pretty good chest definition.

i hit 245lbs 6 times yesterda. for now my goal is to rep 275 again, and gain 10 more pounds.

currently i'm 165, up from 153 last month

im 6' 170ish and i bench like 150, 155, 160, ten times and finish with 165 but thats like five reps only

ive been doing a lot of cardio because i need to get rid of my gut and love handles

Hold on... when you guys say "rep" are you meaning max? I'm talking about how much I want to get to for just regular every other day lifting, no max. Max, I plan on hitting 350lbs this summer :rick:

You guys are pretty strong :happysad:

I remember starting out with the bench and putting up 95 lbs. :ghey: I thought I'd stop once I hit my body weight, but still not enough mass... I'll know when to stop.

you can't get cut and bulk at the same time... cutting is like the opposte of bulking www.johnstonefitness.com there are ALOT of very knowledgable and helpful people on that forum that can answer all your questions.

its funny i didn't do anything but dumbbell press for a couple weeks walked over to bench and did 200 really easy i was like "whoa" then procede to destroy my max and did 225 5 times (3 alone 2 spotter helpin) sweeeeeeeeet

i think dumbell press (especially incline) is a lot more effective than the barbell...especially with a good "squeeze" at the end
