So it's official...
size doesn't matter. i seen 5'5'' guys knock the **** outta guys 6' and taller.
just because u little/big doesn't make u any stonger or weaker then the person next to you.
BFS try that work out program. helped me a lot abck in HS.
its like 3 days a week. 3 sets or 3 reps. next week is 5 sets or 5. then its like 3-5-1..etc. 3 cores. 6 auxs. i could get it done in 80 mins. hell of a work out. and im 5'10 155... i was almost benching 200. just remember if u add 2 1/2 everytime u lift u should be able to go as high as u wnat.

here's my typical pyramid method for flat bench w/a barbell. i dont go for a gung ho max anymore.
set 1: 12 reps x 135lbs
set 2: 10 reps x 185lbs
set 3: 6 reps x 225lbs
set 4: 4 reps x 245lbs
set 5 (dropdown/burnout): 8 reps x 135lbs
set 1: 12 reps x 135lbs
set 2: 10 reps x 185lbs
set 3: 6 reps x 225lbs
set 4: 4 reps x 245lbs
set 5 (dropdown/burnout): 8 reps x 135lbs

6', 225 lbs, I guess I'm technically a medium build... even though I'm fatty
