So it's official...
I'm weak as fawk :(
On the benchpress last week I maxed at 165 :( I started taking this weight training class for the semester. Anyone know what I should be lifting in theory? 6', 225 lbs, I guess I'm technically a medium build... even though I'm fatty :( |
6 foot 225 and you cant bench 165....wow...that is wierd....

I'm like... inbetween there. I can still easily see my toes when I look down :chuckles:

average is being able to lift your own weight I weigh 175 and bench 250 but then again I used to wrestle and still lift regularly

I bet if I lost a lot of the chub I could almost lift my body weight. But my arms are pretty friggin scrawny.

We're going to be designing our own plans for the class. I plan on doing mostly upper body. outside of the class I'm going to be doing jogging for cardio stuff.
