6', 225 lbs, I guess I'm technically a medium build... even though I'm fatty

It will take time to get up to you body weight, but if you put in the time you'll get there no problem. If your lifting over 25lbs of what you weight that's pretty decent.
I'm 285 6'5 and bench 335max
