depends on your hp goals, and size of your wallet
price.. well for my tuning is 150 and trust me tuning a stock car my friend isn't a waste of time..stock gsr's i've seen run 15.0's 15.1.. with a stock gsr running 93 octane i can tune it and promise a 14.9-.8 with a Sad driver.. why? because the ecu isn't using the right setup for 93+ gas.. its doing just what its suppose to do, run regular but for those who run 93+ its a huge jump and with just the major bolt ons i/h/e and a nice tuning you could see mid 14's...with a good driver.. and as far as cost if u come across someone like me i'd do a 4 hour tuning on a wide band for about 150$ your standard bolt on shouldn't cost more then 1000 if that.. if u find the right place to buy from.. my setup is pretty awesome but its how EACH motor reacts to the tuning each is different..
Start with your major bolt ons, and find a nice tune, if your goin all motor dont worry about your bottem end but look to invest on a intake manifold, cams and cam gears, possible a new clutch and valvetrain other then that.. nothing else could really be done we have 12's all motor integras in louisiana running the setup i just listed and put down alittle over 280whp all motor..

I don't think so, papi.

Let see some of your build photos, compression ratios and dyno plots. Otherwise, I call BS.

ah no problem want proof ^^ here u goo
1) http://www.importreview.com/dyno/1.8/group2/ITR2.gif A friend of mine's setup with my tuning, he did all the installation himself.
2) http://www.importreview.com/dyno/1.8/GSRCTRITR.gif = gsr swap in a hatch..
I uhh didn't have anything to do with this motor, but my buds did..Here's the setup on this one--1995 GSR in 96 Civic Hatch
Civic Type-R intake Cam
Integra Type-R exhaust Cam
DC 4-2-1 Header
Thermal Exhaust
Intake cam gear -1.5, +4 Exhaust
= 12.99 1/4 mile.
3) http://www.importreview.com/dyno/1.8/GSRCTR.gif - GS-R motor
10.5:1 Compression
Civic Type-R intake Cam
Integra Type-R exhaust Cam
Custom Air intake cold
Cam gears, Fuel regulator, MSD ignition
pretty strong for all Honda parts internally.
These 3 graphs and i have more were emailed to this site for us to get alittle feedback from our setups.. if u want more i got tons..
