'03 Accord Coupe - Wow!!
The luxury in the TSX is way above that of the Honda... not to metion the sportyness
As for sportyness, no contest here. The EX coupe blows away my CL-S with it's "cougar-type" lines. Add a spoiler to the EX and you got one sharp looking ride! The TSX is a real dull looking car, especially when compared to the style (not quality) of the Altima, Audi A4, and BMW.
Just my .02.

The TSX has more luxury features than the 2003 Accord. Period. There is nothing the Accord has that the TSX doesn't (except for the sliding armrest), but not vice versa.

Between the accord and tsx, it really depends on what you are looking for in the car.
If you want a family car, you like the accord styling, and MUST have a V6, then go for the coupe 6 speed MT.
If you want a sports car, ie- tight supsension, much better gearbox, high revving 200hp I4 engine, go for a TSX.
If I were you, i would wait for the TSX to come out, roll on over to Acura and test drive one. Then, preferably the same day, go over to honda and drive the accord v6 MT. Words won't really do either of these cars any justice, you just gotta drive em.

I'd say it's a bit misleading to label a two door coupe as a family car and a four door sedan as a sports car. More the other way around

Im not just talking about the exterior, look underneath and you'll see the TSX is designed to be a sports sedan while the accord coupe is a sporty looking family coupe. TSX= much more nimble and agile.

I do agree with that. But the TSX was originally designed to haul around families in Europe and Japan...ours is just tweaked very nicely. I love it

Ok, I have to admit it. I am in my mid 30's and am no longer a "kid racer". My past 3 cars have been A/T and I prefer that living in the city.
However..
I want a car with good pickup in the low rpm range, good torque numbers (for decent accel off a stop light), and most definately good passing power on the highway.
Now, coming from the 3000GT's 220hp 6cyl and now the CL-S's 260 6 Cyl, I am really using both of these as a barometer for comparison with my next car. I believe that in order to get the VtEC 4 in the TSX going, you have to be in the high rpm range. Am I correct in this assumption? If this is the case, with A/T this doesn't always translate into a smooth driving experince.
One of the things I liked about the CL (even more than my 3000GT) was low-end torque and confidence instilled by 260 6 cyl power.
As for the TSX being "sportier" than an EX 6cyl, maybe suspension wise. Otherwise, I see the 03 EX Coupe with most of the "features" of my CL (ABS, TCS, Brake dist. system).
So far, I have not been impressed with the "stock" pics of the TSX. Of course, I will not pass total judgement on it until I take a look in a showroom. It may not look as bad in person. It's just that damn 4 cyl auto that makes me not wanna "take a step back" from powerful (220+) 6cyl engines.
Cheers!

I guess this is subject to opinion. I am driving a '01 CL-S now. After sitting in a '03 Cpe with leather this weekend I would say the "luxury" features you speak of is almost a push between the two cars. While the TSX may offer standard things like power passenger seat, higher watt stereo, and perhaps larger standard wheels, I can say that a TSX would not be that much further ahead of a well-stocked EX.

Plus, I love how the TSX looks... The projector headlights are a big plus... and I just like the front end and rear end styling overall a ton.
